The floors and walls our built on tables so everything is completely square. Panelization allows us to have your new home weather proof within 3-4 days. Merillat, Anderson, Pella, Shaw, Delta, and many more are the quality products that will be used in the building process of your new home. We use energy heeled trusses allowing for more R-value above the exterior walls, steel i-beam down the center of the home, and 2x6 exterior construction.

With are background in plumbing, heating, and cooling we can lend a hand on the most effective way to cool and heat your house. From a Geothermal system to a forced air furnace we can discuss with you the best application that fits your lifestyle. All our homes are energy star compatible which will save you a lot of money when it comes to your energy bills. We are a third and fourth year generation plumbing and heating contractor so you will be in good hands while building with Belland Construction.

Engineers take a look at every floor plan distributing weight as needed. Along with a ten year structural warranty you will never have to worry about the structural integrity of you new home. Belland Construction will provide a one year warranty that will cover all aspects of your new home. With great product warranties like a 30 year warranty on shingles you can't go wrong.
