We utilize the process of panelization when building our homes. Our homes are built in a controlled environment away from all of the outside elements. The floors and walls our built on tables so everything is completely square. Panelization allows us to have your new home weather proof within 3-4 days. Using the best products in the industry like Merillat, Anderson, Pella, Shaw, Delta, and many more of the quality products that will be used in the building process of your new home. We use energy heeled trusses allowing for more R-value above the exterior walls, steel i-beam down the center of the home, and 2x6 exterior construction.

Engineers take a look at every floor plan distributing weight as needed. Along with a ten year structural warranty you will never have to worry about the structural integrity of you new home.
